In forming the strategy that aligns to the goal of doubling the gained leads and conversion. I determined the customer journey phase. The social media viral content serves as the top funnel while the keyword-triggered DM automation will lead the customer to the landing page with sign up form and free course, becoming the middle of funnel then the email marketing campaign sequence as the bottom of funnel. ✅ Configured ManyChat to send a DM containing the invitation link to the landing page funnel once they comment the word “taker”
✅ Configured Funnel Builder to subscribe sign-ups to scheduled email-campaigns to nurture and convert them
✅ Wrote and configured a four day sequence email to ensure leads that they convert to paying customers
